Reservations

Reservations can be made online or over the phone. Payment will be taken at the time of reservation. See cancellation policy for refunds. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if necessary. This can be caused due to weather, lake conditions or boat issues. If we need to cancel your reservation prior to your rental, a full refund will be offered.

Please note you need to be over 25 with valid ID to rent the boat.

An open credit card damage deposit is required for all boat rentals. A $1,000 deposit hold will be placed on your card 2-3 business days before the rental.

Cancellation

Cancellations over 30 days from reservation have a full refund less a $100 administration fee.
Cancellations 7-30 days from reservation will have 75% of reservation fee refunded
Cancellations less than 7 days from the reservation will have 50% refund of reservation fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours or "no shows" without cancellation will be charged full rental amount.
Customer cancellations due to weather, smoke, etc. are subject to the cancellation policy.
If there is a Lake Wind Advisory, we could be forced to cancel and rebook your reservation for safety.

Rental Rules

A full rental policy with rules will be given at the time of rental.
You must be over 25 to rent the boat.
Drugs and alcohol are not permitted for anyone operating the boat.
The boat must be operated safely at all times. If at anytime we feel the boat is being operating unsafely, the rental period will immediately cease with no refunds.
Pets are not permitted on the boat at any time.
Fishing equipment is not permitted on the boat.
Staining foods and beverages are not permitted on the boat such as berries, Cheetos, fruit punches, etc...
